Our floors had been finished carelessly many years ago with two different stains. One area had been repaired, but with the wrong type of wood and there were numerous black stains here and there. In addition, some areas were quite worn. In other words, we had a number of quite different problems. All of these were addressed and the result was a clean, uniform and natural look. The floors were sanded right to the baseboards, with no gap in between. There were no accidents, say, from over-sanding. Everything was as promised: work was started the day we wanted it to be and the house was ready to reoccupy the day agreed upon. The price was identical to the estimate. I had gotten two estimates, by the way, and the competitors came out a tad higher. PHF also moved in and out the furniture carefully for a modest fee. In short, I recommend them highly.

WOW! What a great job these guys did. We hired professional Hardwood Floor after we researched them on Yelp . Our real estate agent said he would give us the name of (the hardwood floor guy) in the Claremont area. We told him whom we had hired and he said, That's them. We had 800 sq. ft of tile replaced with REAL hardwood floor. We would definitely give them a high recommendation and already have. Will use them again when we have the other side of the house refinished.
